Mr. T.S. Sahney is the Business Promoter of NRB Industrial Bearings Ltd. Mr. Sahney is a Post Graduate from Bombay University having secured his postgraduate degree (Masters of Art - History and Sociology) from University School of Economics and Sociology, Mumbai. He has been closely associated with the Automobile, Machine Tool and Textile Machinery industries in India and overseas for many years. He has participated in seminars and conferences along with eminent personalities across the globe.

Devesh Singh Sahney is Managing Director of NRB Industrial Bearings Ltd. Devesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts [Business Administration & Economics] from Richmond College, London and Master in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management [Philippines] and Program for Management Development from Harvard Business School. After his Bachelors graduation from UK, Devesh worked with Larsen &Tubro(Bombay), and Crédit Lyonnais, a French Bank in Mumbai. In 1993, Devesh Joined NRB Bearings and has handled various positions of responsibility in areas of Management Services, Information Technology, Plant Operations and Sourcing. He was also appointed as Vice Chairman and on the Board of Schneeberger India. Devesh is an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization’s Bombay Chapter since 2004 and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Asimendra graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 1976 with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. He then worked for two years with Tata Motors in their Planning and Quality function. He left the job to pursue higher studies and completed his PGDM from IIM Bangalore, specializing in Operations Management. In 1980, he joined Tata Steel (Bearings Division) and worked with them for 26 years.

He was the Chief (Operations & Technical Services) when he left. In 2006, he joined NRB Bearings Ltd as Sr. Vice President (Manufacturing Operations) and was responsible for all their plants in India. He was with NRB for five and a half years and in 2011 took up a new assignment with Tega Industries Ltd as President (Global Operations). In 2013, he joined NRB Industrial Bearings Ltd as Director (Manufacturing). He is also the COO of NRB IBC Pvt. Ltd.
